Princess Cut Diamond
The Princess cut is the second most popular cut shape for Diamonds, next to Round Brilliant. The face - up of the princess cut is square or slightly rectangular and the profile from the side on up shape is similar on that of an inverted pyramid with four bevelled sides. The princess cut is sometimes referred to as a "Square modified brilliant." It has gained in popularity over the years.
