How to Purchase

Step 1

Designing

Our Jewellery Designers go to the drawing board:

You will be presented with one set CAD drawings of your proposed engagement or wedding ring design for approval. The CAD drawing is a 3D blueprint of your ring design which indicates all measurements, diameter and proportions of the engagement or wedding ring design before its made.

Please note only minor edits and tweaks can be made to the design once the design is completed, any major changes will be considered as a new ring design and billed accordingly.

Designing is billed per ring design. Once-off fee of R1500.

Step 2

Approval

Your sales representative will email your  CAD drawings of your engagement or wedding rings to you for approval. Only once you have approved the CAD’s do we start with manufacturing your engagement or wedding ring itself.

Step 3

Manufacturing

Manufacturing of engagement & wedding ringstakes +- 14 working days to complete. Times differ from ring to ring depending on the intricacy of the design.

Step 4

Day of Completion

On the day of completion your engagement or wedding ring will enter its final stage of production whereby it will go through extensive inspections and quality checks. Upon inspection of the ring your sales representative will send you images of the completed ring. Once you receive the pictures and are satisfied with the end result we will require the remaining 50% deposit(final payment).
