To the Grand Diamonds Team,

This our second time going to Grand Diamonds. First for my engagement ring, which we designed from scratch. Came out even more beautiful than we could have imagined. Second for our wedding bands which Trent absolutely nailed.

Trent was very accommodating to our budget and made sure we were comfortable with the final price. Not only that, but we came in on a Monday asking if there was any way they could have it done the same week since the wedding was that Saturday. He didn’t even flinch! The rings were ready that week and came out absolutely perfect.

We also brought some family heirloom jewellery for them to fix and they did it without charge.

What an amazing experience!! Jaimee was extremely helpful with the whole process! She took me through all the different cuts, shapes, sizes, materials etc! Was truly a great professional , but still fun journey with GD! My Fiancée loves the ring and was blown away by the custom design! Even after I made a small oopsie, Jaimee still assisted in fixing the problem, hassle free!

Would recommend this place to every single person looking for Quality and Professional work!
